李宏，男，博士，副教授。2009年6月获西安电子科技大学智能信息处理专业工学博士学位。从2000年8月起，在西安电子科技大学理学院数学系（现数学与统计学院）工作。研究兴趣是智能信息处理、进化计算和双层规划的算法研究。在国内外学术期刊和国际会议上发表论文四十余篇，其中SCI检索18篇，EI检索27篇。曾主持陕西省自然科学基础研究计划项目一项和中央高校基本科研业务费一项；参与国家自然科学基金项目两项和武器装备预研基金项目一项。2012年获陕西省科学技术二等奖一项（排名第三）和陕西高等学校科学技术一等奖一项（排名第三）。2014年5月-2015年5月，在英国埃塞克斯大学计算机科学与电子工程学院访问交流一年。

    参加了国家级精品资源共享课《高等数学》的建设和国家级精品课程《线性代数》的建设。从事研究生《智能优化算法》的教学研究工作，以及大学生数学建模的培训与指导工作，培训和指导的团队多次获得全国大学生数学建模陕西省一等奖和二等奖，美国大学生数学建模竞赛一等奖和二等奖。2016年1月，指导的两个团队获美国大学生数学建模竞赛一等奖一项、二等奖一项；2016年9月，培训的团队中获全国大学生数学建模国家二等奖一项，指导的三个队获全国大学生数学建模陕西省一等奖两项和二等奖一项。2017年1月，指导的三个团队获美国大学生数学建模竞赛一等奖一项、二等奖两项。
